I have ordered for a few years and it seems the quality control has slipped. My last shipment of 15 table top orchids came and 3 plants had brown leaves and my 15 plants actually had only 12 plants in the box.
My suggestion is to raise your level of quality control to prevent damaged product and double check to see if the correct number of plants are in the box.
Disappointed but optimistic you can do better in future,
